The Wedding Experience
01 - Coffee date
Once you reach out, we’ll kick things off by getting to know each other — virtually or in person. We’ll talk about your day, your priorities, and what you’re hoping for. No pressure, just seeing if we’re a good fit.
02 - lets do this
If it feels right, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date. From here, you can check “photographer” off your list and start looking forward to the fun stuff — planning, ideas, and alllll the Pinterest boards!
03 - timeline talk
As your wedding gets closer, we’ll go over your timeline. We’ll talk key moments, general flow of the day, and anything wish list items you might have. I’ll offer guidance and suggestions so your day flows naturally, while keeping things calm and stress-free. This is when we make sure every important moment will be captured beautifully.
04 - wedding day magic
On your wedding day, I’ll be there documenting it all - the big moments, the quiet in-betweens, and everything you didn’t even realize was happening. I’ll guide when needed and step back when it’s better to let moments unfold.
05 - the big reveal
Within 8–12 weeks, you’ll receive your full gallery — a curated collection of moments from your day, from the laughter and happy tears to the little details you might have missed. These are the images that let you relive your wedding again and again.
06 - make it last
Your gallery is only the beginning. I encourage printing your photos and creating albums because these are the memories you’ll hold onto and revisit for years. It’s the best way to make your wedding day tangible and timeless.

FAQ
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates (usually August through October). If your date is sooner, no worries! I may still have availability!
What is required to reserve our date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
That depends on your timeline and what you want documented. Most couples choose between 6–10 hours to fully capture getting ready through the main events of the reception. I’m happy to help you decide what makes the most sense for your day!
Do you Travel for weddings?
Yes! I love to travel and have several times for weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on location. I’m happy to provide details when you inquire.
Do you bring a second photographer?
I typically work solo, but second photographers can be added to any package and I absolutely love when they are! They are great for when you want lots of extra candids, have a large wedding party, or just want an extra angle for those once in a lifetime moments.
How many images will we recieve?
I don’t cap the number of images you receive. The final number varies based on coverage and the flow of the day, but galleries often include several hundred fully edited photos.
What Happens if we need to reschedule or postpone?
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date if I’m available. Retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date based on availability.
